Diana Kelly, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
My name is Diana Kelly, and I am a LCSW with over 10 years experience in treating adults, couples, families, active-duty military and veterans who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and all the ups and downs that come with living as a human on this earth.
I have a passion for group work, and I strongly believe in the power of mutual aid and connection made between people who find themselves in similar life situations. I practice therapy from a strengths based and trauma informed approach and help others to not "get rid" of their painful experiences, but instead learn new ways of relating differently to all the thoughts, feelings, and emotions life will inevitably bring our way.
I earned my Master of Social Work Degree in 2014 from the IU School of Social Work and hold an LCSW in the State of Indiana.
I live in Indianapolis with my husband and daughter, and when I am not working I enjoy gardening, traveling with my family, watching Chicago Bears Football, watching/reading anything true crime, feeding the squirrel friends I made during Covid, and I absolutely love physical fitness, especially weightlifting and group activities like CrossFit and sports.

Toni Corell
Licensed Massage Therapist
I have a strong passion for the health and wellbeing of others and I believe Massage Therapy plays a huge role! My desire to help others began over 17 years ago working as a Student CNA in high school and later as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant where I had the opportunity to work in multiple clinical settings including Family Practice, Surgery, Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Urgent Care, and Home Health. I enjoyed my career as a Medical Assistant but kept feeling like I wanted to do more for others and became drawn to Holistic and Integrative Health Care. Now, with my degree in Therapeutic Massage and Holistic Health in addition to the experiences working in healthcare, I have a solid understanding of the anatomy and physiology associated with therapeutic massage and its impact on physical and mental health. It’s important to me to take the time to understand my clients needs in order to develop a session that is safe, effective, and therapeutic for better overall health and wellbeing.
I live in the small town of Denver Indiana with my husband and 4 children. I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors, swimming, fishing, and playing basketball. I also enjoy baking, watching historical documentaries and self-care focusing on my own health and wellness goals.

Brad Warner
Remote Personal Trainer
I have been training and conditioning since 1986 and training clients since 1996. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology, National Personal Training Certification, and I am a Certified Weight Loss Counselor. I won Natural Mr. Indiana bodybuilding title in 2008, Mr. Indiana in 2009, and the Masters title last year at the age of 45.
I have successfully trained individuals of all fitness levels including bodybuilders, athletes, professionals looking for the most efficient and effective body transformations, and retirees who want to maintain or gain strength, balance, and mobility. Your unique fitness plan will be developed by using my expertise and extensive experience to use resources in your home or utilizing your existing gym memberships to help get you into the best shape of your life!
My wife, Christina, and I live on a small horse farm with six rescue horses, four barn cats, two dogs, and a large garden.

Erin Tahvonen, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Therapist
I have a passion for working with adults struggling with anxiety and depressive disorders. If you're experiencing sleep or appetite disturbance, burnout or work stress, relationship conflict, life transitions such as divorce or parenting stress, or difficulty with focus, I have interventions that can help you regain control. Many professionals (healthcare professionals, helping professionals and teaching staff, law enforcement and legal practitioners) are under considerable pressure to "keep it together" and I would love to be a resource to fill your tank while you pour into your family and community.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology. In my down time, I enjoy travel, kayaking, painting, gardening, Cubbies baseball, and Michigan Football (Go Blue!).

Hello, my name is Cara Schmidt, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
