Meet Our Providers

Don't hesitate to reach out today!

In this ever-changing world, our providers are here to meet your wellness needs.  In response to COVID-19 restrictions, we are accessible in-office and by telehealth.

If you are in crisis, services are available 24 hours per day.  You are not alone.  Help is only a phone call away:

  • St. Vincent Stress Center:  (317) 338-4600

  • National Suicide Prevention Hotline: 1 (800) 273-8255

Our providers work diligently to use the safest and least habit-forming medications; they will therefore be unlikely to start or continue a previously prescribed controlled anxiolytic or stimulant.

Diana Kelly, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

My name is Diana Kelly, and I am a LCSW with over 10 years experience in treating adults, couples, families, active-duty military and veterans who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and all the ups and downs that come with living as a human on this earth.

I have a passion for group work, and I strongly believe in the power of mutual aid and connection made between people who find themselves in similar life situations. I practice therapy from a strengths based and trauma informed approach and help others to not "get rid" of their painful experiences, but instead learn new ways of relating differently to all the thoughts, feelings, and emotions life will inevitably bring our way.

I earned my Master of Social Work Degree in 2014 from the IU School of Social Work and hold an LCSW in the State of Indiana.

I live in Indianapolis with my husband and daughter, and when I am not working I enjoy gardening, traveling with my family, watching Chicago Bears Football, watching/reading anything true crime, feeding the squirrel friends I made during Covid, and I absolutely love physical fitness, especially weightlifting and group activities like CrossFit and sports.

Wild Nature

Toni Corell

Licensed Massage Therapist

I have a strong passion for the health and wellbeing of others and I believe Massage Therapy plays a huge role! My desire to help others began over 17 years ago working as a Student CNA in high school and later as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant where I had the opportunity to work in multiple clinical settings including Family Practice, Surgery, Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Urgent Care, and Home Health.  I enjoyed my career as a Medical Assistant but kept feeling like I wanted to do more for others and became drawn to Holistic and Integrative Health Care.  Now, with my degree in Therapeutic Massage and Holistic Health in addition to the experiences  working in healthcare, I have a solid understanding of the anatomy and physiology associated with therapeutic massage and its impact on physical and mental health. It’s important to me to take the time to understand my clients needs in order to develop a session that is safe, effective, and therapeutic for better overall health and wellbeing.

I live in the small town of Denver Indiana with my husband and 4 children. I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors, swimming, fishing, and playing basketball. I also enjoy baking, watching historical documentaries and self-care focusing on my own health and wellness goals.

Erin Tahvonen, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Therapist

I have a passion for working with adults struggling with anxiety and depressive disorders. If you're experiencing sleep or appetite disturbance, burnout or work stress, relationship conflict, life transitions such as divorce or parenting stress, or difficulty with focus, I have interventions that can help you regain control.  Many professionals (healthcare professionals, helping professionals and teaching staff, law enforcement and legal practitioners) are under considerable pressure to "keep it together" and I would love to be a resource to fill your tank while you pour into your family and community.

I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology.  In my down time, I enjoy travel, kayaking, painting, gardening, Cubbies baseball, and Michigan Football (Go Blue!).

Hello, my name is Cara Schmidt, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.  My career focus is to help adult/young adult clients who struggle with anxiety and depression due to life circumstances such as relationships, careers, family, and life transitions.  I believe mental health issues can be overcome by gaining insight and self-awareness to enable change.  Utilizing a strengths-based therapeutic approach as well as mindfulness-based stress reduction, empowers clients to acknowledge, accept and work through situations within and beyond their control.

I earned a master’s degree at Northeastern University Chicago in Mental Health/Family Counseling.  For the past decade, I have been working in the mental health field in a variety of settings including hospitals, crisis, and private practice, working with adolescents, adults, and families.  In my free time, I love being with my family and friends enjoying simple pleasures in life.  Being in nature and going on outdoor adventures are a few of my favorite things to do!  An interesting fact about me: I hiked the Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim and survived!

Hello, my name is Lindsay Manning. I have been practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner for over 6 years. My experience as an advanced practice nurse includes medical psychiatry, consultation liaison, acute inpatient and community mental health. Currently, I provide telehealth services for diagnosis and medication management to adults experiencing depression and anxiety disorders. My mission is to work collaboratively with you to help you identify your own treatment goals, feel supported and heard, gain symptom relief, and ultimately enhance overall functioning.
