Diana Kelly, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

My name is Diana Kelly, and I am a LCSW with over 10 years experience in treating adults, couples, families, active-duty military and veterans who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and all the ups and downs that come with living as a human on this earth.

I have a passion for group work, and I strongly believe in the power of mutual aid and connection made between people who find themselves in similar life situations. I practice therapy from a strengths based and trauma informed approach and help others to not "get rid" of their painful experiences, but instead learn new ways of relating differently to all the thoughts, feelings, and emotions life will inevitably bring our way.

If you struggle with regulating your emotions, dealing with painful or intrusive thoughts or memories, struggle with substance use, or just want to move forward with your life and relationships in a value-based way, I would be happy to meet with you to discuss how I can be a partner with you on your journey.

I earned my Master of Social Work Degree in 2014 from the IU School of Social Work and hold an LCSW in the State of Indiana.

I live in Indianapolis with my husband and daughter, and when I am not working I enjoy gardening, traveling with my family, watching Chicago Bears Football, watching/reading anything true crime, feeding the squirrel friends I made during Covid, and I absolutely love physical fitness, especially weightlifting and group activities like CrossFit and sports.

Evan Sailor

Registered Dietitian

Hello, I am a Registered Dietitian with over three years of experience. I graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness & Health. My career began in corporate wellness, where I completed over a thousand nutrition and health counseling sessions. Since February 2020, I have worked as a Clinical Dietitian for the NeuroDiagnostic Institute, one of the five state psychiatric hospitals.

If you have tried every diet out there, know what to eat but can’t seem to have success, or have health goals big and small- I am here for you. I am goal and process oriented and want to help you achieve any health goal you set your mind to. I believe the food we eat can have a large impact on our physical health, mental health, energy, longevity, and more.

When I am not working, I like to spend time with my girlfriend Haley, family, friends, and my dog Zeke. I enjoy weightlifting, playing sports, cheering on Purdue athletics, and exploring all that Indy has to offer.

Brad Warner

Remote Personal Trainer

I have been training and conditioning since 1986 and training clients since 1996.  I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology, National Personal Training Certification, and I am a Certified Weight Loss Counselor.  I won Natural Mr. Indiana bodybuilding title in 2008, Mr. Indiana in 2009, and the Masters title last year at the age of 45.

I have successfully trained individuals of all fitness levels including bodybuilders, athletes, professionals looking for the most efficient and effective body transformations, and retirees who want to maintain or gain strength, balance, and mobility.  Your unique fitness plan will be developed by using my expertise and extensive experience to use resources in your home or utilizing your existing gym memberships to help get you into the best shape of your life!

My wife, Christina, and I live on a small horse farm with six rescue horses, four barn cats, two dogs, and a large garden.

Erin Tahvonen, LMHC

Mental Health Therapist

I have a passion for working with adults struggling with anxiety and depressive disorders. If you're experiencing sleep or appetite disturbance, burnout or work stress, relationship conflict, life transitions such as divorce or parenting stress, or difficulty with focus, I have interventions that can help you regain control.  Many professionals (healthcare professionals, helping professionals and teaching staff, law enforcement and legal practitioners) are under considerable pressure to "keep it together" and I would love to be a resource to fill your tank while you pour into your family and community.

I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology.  In my down time, I enjoy travel, kayaking, painting, gardening, Cubbies baseball, and Michigan Football (Go Blue!).
