Erin Tahvonen, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Therapist
My focus is treating professional women and female college students struggling with anxiety disorders and perfectionism. Clients often have historically been able to cope with the stresses of life, but symptoms such as depression, anxiety, poor focus, sleep or appetite disturbance, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, or relationship conflict are becoming hard to manage. Supporting through changing life circumstances such as relocation, divorce, employment related stressors, performing in high demand jobs or educational programs, and managing life as a working parent is of primary interest.

I have conducted research and presented at international conferences on narcissistic abuse, and have a passion for supporting women navigating recovery from narcissistic abuse and co-parenting with narcissistic partners.

My background includes16 years of providing care in residential, inpatient treatment settings, and private practice

I hold a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology. In my downtime, I enjoy traveling, kayaking, painting, gardening, Cubbies baseball, and Michigan Football (Go Blue!)
